The Hudson Society of Artists will be sponsoring the 43rd Annual Art On the Green on August 23-24 2025.The show location is 5555 Darrow Road, in Hudson, Ohio on the green in front of the JOANN Fabric Corporate Offices. (Map here)
NEW THIS YEAR-ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT IMAGES OF THEIR WORK FOR JURY COMMITTEE REVIEW. Returning exhibitors will be asked to submit a $10 jury fee on the registration page which will be deducted from your booth fee when you are accepted into this year's show ($10 upfront, then $170 booth fee upon acceptance).
Please complete the online registration process below, and submit your required photos, on or before April 1st, 2025. Entries submitted after the cut-off date will not be accepted. This invitation is not transferable. The jury process will be completed by April 16th, 2025, and you will be notified of the results shortly thereafter.
Booth Payment: When you receive your acceptance notification, your booth payment of $170 must be received by May 23rd, 2025.
You will receive an email detailing your space location, booth number and event information by August 1st, 2025.
We will be laying out the show using half of the green, with exhibitor booths located on both sides of the path. There will be no booths on the Darrow Rd side of the green. This layout will enable all exhibitors and attendees easier access to exhibitor booths from the parking areas.
SECURITY: You may set up your booth Friday, 8/22 after 9AM. Set up help will be available on Friday. You may leave your display unit overnight on Friday-artwork to be left to your discretion. You may set up on Saturday morning before the start of the show, but there WILL NOT be load-in help available on Saturday. HSA will not be responsible for any loss or damage, but will take every precaution to secure the area. Overnight security will be provided on the Friday 8/22 and Saturday 8/23.

Application Terms & Conditions
As an entrant to the 43rd annual Art on the Green show, I accept the decision of the Jury of Selection as final, and will exhibit per regulations if selected. I will also allow my work to be used for advertising purposes by The Hudson Society of Artists in conjunction with the show.
I hereby release Hudson Society of Artists and JOANN Fabrics LLC, their members, the owners, employees, staff, managers, art festival director, and associates from any and all responsibility, personal liability (injury), loss damage or legal action that may arise or occur to me, my goods, property or the public from any condition whatsoever during the preparation and set-up and duration of the art festival exhibit under this agreement. I am solely responsible for the selling of my items and any other conduct of business. I am solely responsible for my person and property during said exhibit. This application for entry constitutes an agreement on my part that I accept the above said statements as detailed. I also confirm that the work entered and exhibited is created by me, as permitted under the Hudson Society of Artists' requirements.
