Beginning in 2026, ALL Artists will be required to pay the $20 registration/jury fee and submit photos of their work and booth set-up to be considered for entry into the show
The Hudson Society of Artists is pleased to announce its 44th Annual Art On the Green. The NEW show location from 2026 on will be on the City of Hudson Downtown Greens.
Please complete the online registration process below and submit the $20 non-refundable jury fee, on or before April 3rd, 2026. Entries submitted after the cut-off date will not be accepted.
JUDGING: Entries will be judged by a jury committee. You must submit images of your work and booth set-up for consideration. Your uploaded images must be representative of all work you plan to offer for sale at the show. After your work has been accepted to the show, you will be contacted by email to submit your $190 entry fee to reserve your booth. Acceptance results will be announced the week of April 20, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY: All work must be original and the work of the exhibitor. Molds, craft kits, etc. from commercially produced products will not be accepted. No buy/sell work items will be permitted. New categories that will be accepted this year include Artisan Gourmet Foods, Candles, Soaps/Perfumes/Skincare, Teas/and or Herbals. Artist must be present with his/her work for the duration of the show.
SPACES: A space of approx. 12' front x 15' deep will be assigned and reserved for exhibiting artists at the cost of $190. Exhibitors must supply their own 10' x 10' tent and booth furnishings and are responsible for maintaining and cleaning up their area after the show. All tents must be certified flame resistant by the manufacturer. City fire regulations prohibit the use of generators in exhibitor tents. Electricity is available for an additional $10 (total) fee.
SECURITY: Booth set-up will begin on Friday, August 28th at 9AM. You may leave your display unit overnight on Friday-artwork to be left to your discretion. HSA will not be responsible for any loss or damage, but will take every precaution to secure the area. Overnight security will be provided on the 28th and 29th.There will be load-in help available on Friday. You may set up earlySaturday morning before the start of the show, but there WILL NOT be load-in help available on Saturday. Also, some streets around the Gazebo and Clocktower Greens will be closed. Specific info on closure times TBD.

Application Terms & Conditions
As an entrant to the 44th Art on the Green show, I accept the decision of the Jury of Selection as final, and will exhibit per regulations if selected. I will also allow my work to be used for advertising purposes by The Hudson Society of Artists in conjunction with the show.
I hereby release Hudson Society of Artists and their members and all volunteers, The City of Hudson and their employees, all staff, managers, art festival directors, and associates from any and all responsibility, personal liability (injury), loss, damage or legal action that may arise or occur to me, my goods, property or the public from any condition whatsoever during the preparation, set-up/tear down and duration of the Art on the Green festival under this agreement. I am solely responsible for the sale of my items and any other conduct of business. I am solely responsible for my person and property during said Art on the Green Festival. This application for entry constitutes an agreement on my part that I accept the above said statements as detailed. I also confirm that the work entered and exhibited is created by me, as permitted under the Hudson Society of Artists' requirements.
